Welcome to Vita Sandars Camping, one of Lake Vänern's most charming campsites located on one of the finest beaches in Mellerud. Our family-friendly campsite is four-star and open all year round, so no matter when you visit us, there is always something to do and experience. We are also a dog-friendly campsite!

Our camping site has 260 spots for RVs, tents and trailers, all with a 10 ampere electric connection. We have spots for everyone, including families with children who want to be close to play and fun, retirees taking a trip with an RV to relax, and backpackers who want to rest for a few days during their journey.

For those who prefer to stay in a cabin, we have 26 winterized four-bed cabins and 4 two-bed cabins. All cabins are fully equipped with mini kitchens and all facilities except bed linen and towels. Cabins have indoor water but no shower or toilet. All of our four-bed cabins have been renovated inside since 2019.
